Rebrand with Purpose - Poliski Meat Market TO Polkadot
"Pick a business on Manhattan Ave. btw Nassau and Greenpoint Ave. Go in and try to talk to the owner or employees. Explain that you are doing an assignment and take research photos. Ask about their goals, their customers and their challenges. Document any external and internal branding they currently use. Assess their needs and determine how rebranding could change the public’s perception of their business. Create a rebranding proposal."
POLKA．DOT - Homemade Polish Food @ Greenpoint
Met the artist/designer who designed the letters and style. She said will be putting something new after Halloween and gladly she will invite me to join her. Very elegant, cute, life-style homemade food place. The owner rebranded this after 22 years. Originally call “Polski Meat Market” and now is to tell everyone, other than just a meat market, they are now serving a diversity of foods. Just a warm place for people to have some polish food (maybe for polish who miss home)
They have sort of a branding, but they do not have designs for packages (takeout box, plastic bag, wrapping package), menu, labels for food and card. Everything wasn’t really updated. But I will want to carry the feeling of this current redesigned feeling into my rebranding.
- Renamed recently
- Did not have any visual updates yet
